The Vino Noir Wine Tasting
Over eight years ago, a group of Rochester, NY entrepreneurs gathered to discuss ideas on supporting
African American economics. Out of this unique gathering of businesses it was discovered that the wine
industry held increasing growth opportunities and a unique connection to each of the lifestyles of the
individuals convened. The group decided to create a networking opportunity focused on supporting
African American vintners and vineyards; this was the birth of the “Vino Noir Wine Tasting” produced by
the Vino Noir Group.
